Juha "odiouz" Westerlund interviewed

I had a nice chat with former Counter-Strike:Source player Juha "odiouz" Westerlund. Both of us were really tired and the interview went on some unusual ways. We shall see did Juha have something to say or will he be silent like a snowman in summer.

Tell us who you are and where are you from?
My name is Juha Westerlund and in the internets some know me as odiouz. Currently I like with my girlfriend in a town called Salo.

Tell us a little bit about your gaming history, how all began?
Well, my gaming started in somewhere 1996 with Quake when my brother introduced me to that game and after that it was already decided that I would continue to other games and the deal was done. Somewhere in 2000 i got introduced to a game we call Counter-Strike and I played that to year 2006 with different teams and I event got some achievements in that, but then I found the game that I were made for: Counter Strike:Source. I played CS:S in teams like Insignia Cadre, Logitech.fi and 4kings, but at this current moment my gaming is basicly having fun with friends. Besides CS:S I've been playing some World of Warcraft!


Could you tell us the hilight of your gaming career?
There hasn't really been a "hilight". It's been fun traveling around the globe and having fun with good guys!



You look hot! What's your diet?
I eat almost everything that taste good!

What made you to leave professional gaming to the past?
Bad management in logitech and the lost of motivation and faith.

We were together at Lantrek 2009 lan event, how did you feel about it?
Only thing I can really say is ..., the internet connection didn't work, well nothing really worked.

Do you have a secret identity?
No comments.

1.6 or CS:S? Why?
Counter-Strike:Source. It has less cheaters and there is a better change to achieve something
than in 1.6.

Lan or online?
Lan ofcourse. You can't use dirty tricks in lan!

Pizza.

Mmm..Berry juice!
